Sago't Gulaman
I saw this cool desert as featured by Ms. Jessica Soho at her own program Kapuso mo, Jessica Soho. Trying the recipe was full of fun and enjoy. Another sort of bonding with the while family.
1. Cook the gelatin, there's an instructions at the back of each packaging. It depends on the brand to be used.
2. Boil water in the casserole. Put the sago, stir occasionally until it's cooked.
I used brown sugar, as nutritionists say it's healthier than the refined one :)
It's very easy to prepare. Mix everything and Hola! You will be deligted and refreshed.
